Data Licence

Effective date: 1 June 2026 · Last updated: 2 August 2026
This Data Licence describes the terms under which data made available through the Fluxora platform may be used, and sets out the provenance and licence conditions of each upstream data source. Fluxora does not claim ownership of the underlying raw data.
01 What Fluxora Does

Fluxora collects raw data from publicly available sources operated by European transmission system operators, regulatory bodies, and market operators. We normalise, enrich, and serve this data through a unified API and dashboard interface.

02 What You May Do With the Data

Fluxora data falls into two categories, with different rights.

Fundamentals — generation, load, forecasts, cross-border flows, installed capacity, and (as added) gas storage/LNG, gas flows, and derived carbon intensity. Sourced from open, reusable feeds. Subject to the Terms of Service and the upstream conditions below, you may:

Prices — power day-ahead prices, gas hub prices, and EUA/carbon prices. These originate from power exchanges and market operators (NEMOs), who remain the primary owners of the data. They are made available to you for information only. You may use them internally, but you may not redistribute, resell, or publish price data in any form, on any plan.

Across both categories, you may not:

ENTSO-E Transparency Platform

Coverage — A44 day-ahead prices, A75 generation per type, A65 total load, A11 cross-border flows, A68 installed capacity, A69 wind+solar forecasts. 44 EUPHEMIA price zones.

Licence — Published under EU Regulation 543/2013; listed datasets are reusable under CC-BY 4.0 with attribution. Note: day-ahead price data (A44) originates from the power exchanges / NEMOs, who remain its primary owners — it is provided for information only and may not be redistributed. Fundamentals (A75, A65, A11, A68, A69) may be reused with attribution.

04 Attribution

When sharing derived outputs publicly, we ask that you include a note such as:

“Data sourced from [Source Name] via Fluxora (fluxaris.net)”

This is not legally required for most upstream sources but is good practice and helps the ecosystem.

05 No Warranty on Data Quality

Data is collected from third-party sources and may contain errors, gaps, revisions, or delays. Fluxora makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. See the Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.
